Where We Fish
At Marcy Lynn Charter Fishing, every trip is about more than just casting a line, it’s about experiencing the beauty and abundance of the waterways we call home. From the heart of the Chesapeake Bay to the quiet stretches of the Patuxent and Potomac Rivers and the bustling Virginia coastline, we launch from three convenient marinas to bring you unforgettable fishing adventures.
Solomons, Maryland – Chesapeake Bay
Our main hub is nestled at Bunky’s in Solomons, Maryland (14448 Solomons Island Road), right in the heart of the Chesapeake Bay. From here, you’ll enjoy quick access to some of the Bay’s most productive fishing grounds, including the Patuxent River and surrounding waterways. Whether you’re after rockfish, bluefish, or a variety of seasonal catches, Solomons is the perfect launching point for a day on the water.
Welcome, Maryland – Potomac River
For a quieter, tucked-away experience, we also set out from Goose Bay Marina in Welcome, Maryland. Situated along the scenic Potomac River, this spot offers easy access to rich fishing waters while giving you a more relaxed and private departure point. From first-time anglers to seasoned fishermen, the Potomac is an incredible place to reel in your next catch.
Hampton, Virginia – Chesapeake Bay
Heading south? We also operate from the Bluewater Yachting Center in Hampton, Virginia. Located on the Hampton River with direct access to the lower Chesapeake Bay and the Atlantic’s doorstep, this marina combines first-class facilities with easy access to some of the region’s best fishing grounds. It’s an ideal spot for anglers traveling from across Virginia and beyond.
